Summer Operations

From May 11 through August 14, 2026, the Office of the University Registrar will offer in-person services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and remote services on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Staff will be available to assist students through multiple channels, including email at ourpitt@pitt.edu and by phone at 412-624-7600.

Once the Academic Calendar Committee builds the Academic Calendar, it is reviewed by the Office of the Provost and then the Office of the Chancellor.
