University Catalogs

The University of Pittsburgh Catalog is the official document of record for undergraduate and graduate programs, courses, academic policies and special programs.  The Office of the University Registrar publishes the University Catalogs each July. The University Catalog is an online-only publication; however, all pages are printer-friendly and PDF print versions of each University Catalog are made available. Please note that throughout the site there are also hyperlinks to other information resources at the University. While every effort is made to provide accurate and current information, the University of Pittsburgh reserves the right to change without notice statements in the University Catalog concerning rules, policies, curricula, courses or other matters.

Some key features for users include the ability to easily search the catalog, current program requirements, up-to-date course descriptions, financial information, current academic calendar, and much more. Users may also refer to the Archived Catalogs to find information from previous academic years. The information in the University Catalogs are updated by Catalog Editors within various University schools, departments, administrative offices, and regional campuses via the catalog management system (Acalog Publisher).
