Summer Operations

From May 11 through August 14, 2026, the Office of the University Registrar will offer in-person services on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and remote services on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Staff will be available to assist students through multiple channels, including email at ourpitt@pitt.edu and by phone at 412-624-7600.

 

PeopleSoft/HighPoint Campus Experience (CX)

A modernized user interface has come to the Faculty Center or Advisor Center in PeopleSoft! PeopleSoft/HighPoint Campus Experience (CX) provides a modern, mobile-friendly interface for self-service functions and can be accessed through myPitt. PeopleSoft Classic, as you know it, will remain available for administrative tasks.

For students, this will provide enhanced interaction with PeopleSoft in building class schedules, enrolling in courses, assessing their academic record, viewing and accepting financial aid, and degree planning.

PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX allows you to do more with less clicks—all in one place:

  • View advisee information and degree progress
  • Assist advisees with building class schedules using Schedule Builder
  • Enter final grades (entering mid-term grades will only be available in PeopleSoft Classic at this time)
  • You will be able to access PeopleSoft/HighPoint CX through PeopleSoft Classic (Main Menu > HighPoint > Campus Experience > Dashboard) or through myPitt, and the user guides for faculty members, instructors, and advisors are available below.
